SASAMA (Sanggunian sa Maralita/Counseling for the Poor)
Counseling can happen at any unexpected time. Since problems of people are not scheduled , this seminar-workshop on basic counseling skills is an intensive training of basic helping skills , which will empower the helper to offer counseling services any time the need arises. It enables the participants to learn the basic skills and at the same time to get to know his/her real self. It offers audio and video workshop , which will open the doors to hear and see one's self and eventually give an awareness of healing and transformation.

ADVANCED COUNSELING FOR THE POOR
There are cases that basic skills cannot handle. This seminar-workshop aims to enhance the theory and practice of basic counseling by equipping the participants with new models of counseling using Bowen's Family Systems Therapy, Genogram Processing, Gestalt Therapy and Dreamworks.

FMS (FAMILY MINISTRY SEMINAR)
This seminar aims to impart the fundamentals of being a family minister. Included in the workshop are the family minister's role and functions and the skills one needs in assessing and intervening with families. A very important skill needed is the assessment of the relationship among each family member and how the task of pastoral services can be done given the situation. Assessment tools are also discussed.

CONTEMPORARY MARRIAGE COUNSELING
This seminar will define the authentic meaning of love in the different dimensions of life and stages of existence. It aims to enhance the marital relationship in the midst of losing the feeling of love. It enables the participants to transform the meaning of love according to Christian tradition as it deepens the partticipants' personal and conjugal relationship with God and with one another. Likewise, it will acquaint the participants with the rudiments of marriage counseling. Special emphasis will be given on the assessment of couple conflict and counseling models for problematic situations.

PASTORAL FAMILY COUNSELING
The Pastoral Family Counseling provides the participants with diagnostic tools that will help them acquire a workable understanding of family relational problems. It takes into account that the family is made up of different individual members with different personalities. An understanding of the family as a system will enable members to evoke the problems encountered and the suited interventions that would be most helpful in given situations. Family relations will be assessed using the Life Space Diagram, Mapping, and the Family Floor Plan Method. Basic intervention will be taught by means of input, demonstration and workshop.

GESTALT THERAPY TRAINING
Gestalt Therapy has become a comprehensive philosophy, theory and methodology of human healing. Out process-orientation, person-in-environment perspective and a focus on the expansion of awareness, wholeness and dialogue presents us with a new understanding of the evolution of humankind. This is a unique blend of existential, phenomenological (present focused) and process-experiential approaches developed by Fritz Perls and Dr. Laura Perls.

CRISIS COUNSELING
Crisis counseling is said to be an upset in a steady state, a critical turning point that leads to better or worse. When one experiences this state, negative feelings arise and often lead to mounting tensions and stress.

This one-day seminar will enable a person in crisis and his care-provider to identify the stress producing situations as well as the indicators that will distinguish families or organizations in acute crisis from those in chronic crisis and how to deal with them.

BRIEF INTENSIVE COUNSELING
Since clients can rarely commit to long term counseling, this advanced technique can help us assist individuals and families strategically by focusing on core issues that affect their lives.

CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS DEBRIEFING
The seminar-workshop aims to impart basic knowledge and skills in dealing with survivors of calamities and disasters. Workshops for debriefing the disaster workers are also part of the seminar.
