KAISA (KASAMA SA PAG-IISA)
(support for spouses of overseas Filipinos)
A formation seminar for spouses of overseas Filipinos to help them deal with their adjustments and concerns during temporary separation from spouses.

KAPILAS (KASAMA SA PINAHAHALAGAHAN SA LAOT NG SUMPAAN)
(support for spouses of seafarers)
A formation seminar for wives and families of seafarers, dealing with loneliness from separation, fears commonly associated with being a spouse of a seafarrer and long-term impact of the cycle of leaving and returning home.

ANAK (ANAK NG NANGIBANG-BANSA ARUGA AT KAAGAPAY)
(support for children of overseas Filipinos)
A values formation seminar for children of overseas workers who are directly affected by the migration of their parent(s). This seminar deals with the feelings assocaited with being a child of a migrant as well as their coping mechanism. This may be given in a format suitable for young children , teenager or adults.

PLDT (PAMILYA LAGING MAGDAMAYAN TAYO)
(to promote interdependence among families of expatriates)
A follow-up seminar-workshop to ANAK and KAISA, this seminar is geared towards addressing the issue of dependency among families of expatriates.

KALASAG
(support for guardians of children of expatriates)
A values clarification for guardians of children of overseas Filipinos. From UGAT's ANAK seminars , it was noted that support should also be given to guardians (usually grandparents or siblings of migrants) of children of overseas workers. Among issues addressed are their feelings about the situation, their relationship with their ward and definition of responsibilities and limitations are guardians.

KAPMU (KAPILING MULI)
(seminar on effective and progressive reintegration of overseas workers with their families)
A formation seminar taht offers assistance in order to identify adjustment problems caused by long-term separation. It looks for opportunities for full family reconcillation after such separation.

PANATAG (Pamilya ng Nangibang-bansa Tulong at Gabay)
(values clarification for those planning to migrate)
A seminar for that seeks to help those intending to work abroad and their families through values clarification and effective decision-making. Intending to clarify ideas, feelings and motivation in becoming a migrant worker.


B. On the Worksite

PEER COUNSELING FOR MIGRANTS
This provides basic helping skills for migrants so that they can look for help from one another with their emotional distress while they are away from home. The value of peer support while abroad is stressed.

BASIC COUNSELING SKILLS FOR MIGRANT CARE PROVIDERS
This provides basic helping skills for NGOs, chaplains, missionaries, agencies and the like working with migrant workers. A 2 day workshop on the dynamics of migration and crisis counseling.

ADVANCED COUNSELING SKILLS FOR MIGRANT CARE PROVIDERS
This provides a more in-depth workshop on helping skills for agencies and the like woring with migrant workers. A 2 day workshop on marital counseling, dynamics of employer-employee relations and other relationships. Special stress on conflict resolution techniques for group conflicts aiming to enhance intervention skills among expatriates.


RAISING FUNCTIONAL FAMILIES WHILE ABROAD:
This seminar-workshop provides support on how to raise a family even from overseas. To be tackled are characteristics of well and troubled families separated by migration, with special stress on the issue of dependency.

BASIC SOCIAL COUNSELING:
(for careproviders of families of overseas Filipinos)
In times of economic unrest, sensistivity to social relations becomes an issue thus social problems arise. This seminar-workshop enables the participants to help their clients identify the origins and troubles and guide in the goal of self-recovery. It promotes the fact that the heart must be given attention first before the head can operate. It works on emotional relief before problem solving.
